The  Johnson County Fair & Rodeo will be held August  1 - 8, 2010 at the Johnson County Fairgrounds in Buffalo, Wyoming.

10 a.m. – Dog Show

1-7 p.m. – Open Class Exhibits accepted

4 p.m. – FFA Exhibits due

5 p.m. – Optional Record Book Check

6 p.m. – Optional Weigh-ins

 

Monday, August 2nd

8 a.m. – Horse Show

8:30 a.m. – 4-H Interview Judging

9 a.m. – Open Class Exhibit Judging

10 a.m. – Cat Show

1:30 p.m. – Pocket Pets Interview Judging

2 p.m. – Record Book Check

3 p.m. – Weigh-ins

 

Tuesday, August 3rd

8 a.m. – 4-H/FFA Market Sheep Showmanship & Junior Market Sheep Show

10 a.m. – Baby Show

1 p.m. – Exhibit Hall Grand Opening & Awards

2 p.m. – 4-H/FFA Breeding Sheep Showmanship & Junior Breeding Sheep Show

3 p.m. – Open Sheep Show

5 p.m. – Sheep Feed for public

5 p.m. – Public Style Revue (Show Ring)

7 p.m. – Sheep Lead Contest

Stock Dog Trials to follow Sheep Lead

 

Wednesday, August 4th

8 a.m. – Swine Showmanship

11 a.m. – Meat Goat Show

12 p.m. – Dairy Goat Show

1 p.m. – Poultry Show

2:30 p.m. – Rabbit Show

5 p.m. – Bar Branding

6 p.m. – Breeding Swine followed by Market Swine Show

7 p.m. – Team Penning

 

Thursday, August 5th

6 a.m. – Co-op Breakfast open to public

8 a.m. – Beef Show

9 a.m. – All County Roping

4 p.m. – Sale Consignments Due

4-6 p.m. – Mandatory State Fair Meeting

6 p.m. – Team Roping Slack

 

Friday, August 6th

9 a.m. -  Youth Rodeo

10 a.m. – Pie Contest

2 p.m. Talent Contest

3 p.m. – Stick Horse Race (Hospitality Tent)

4 p.m. – FFA Round Robin

6 p.m. - Rodeo Slack

8 p.m. – Dance at Prosinski Park

 

Saturday, August 7th

10 a.m. – Street Parade

12:30 p.m. – Parade of Champions

1 p.m. – Rodeo

7 p.m. – 4-H/FFA Livestock Sale

 

Sunday, August 8th

9 a.m. – State Fair Exhibits released

1 p.m. – Rodeo
